Laredo Texas: Women's Perfect Protection Seminar June 2009
This was a wonderful experience for all that came together to confront the issues of women's safety in Laredo Texas and to reach out to help the children at St. Jude's Hospital.
I want to thank everyone who participated and I also want to thank Sifu Greg Ringness, Webb County Sheriff Martian Cuellar , Officer Hale, Webb County District Attorney Chilo Alaniz and Mr. Perez as well as Mrs. Vero Castillion of the Laredo Independent School District.
Webb County Sheriff Martin Cuellar And Officer Hale talked about the victims programs that are available in Webb County . This topic was very interesting and yet helpful to everyone.
Mr. Perez is a counselor of the Webb County District Attorney's office who gave a lecture about the reasons one should file charges and the help that victims receive . His insights were greatly appreciated since many questions arose and Questions about victim rights and protection against the attackers during the trials when they are pending.
Sifu Greg covered the basics Women's self-defense techniques of the Ed Parker Kenpo Karate System. It was a great show since everyone got involved.
