Seminar Hosting of DANSE DE RUE SAVATE(sm)
Seminars will be held on:
Saturday and Sunday only or when arranged otherwise
Hours:
Five (12) hours of instruction for the seminar, (6) per day with a lunch
break.
Non-Member: $1,750.00 US plus round trip airfare for two, hotel accommodations and meals for two.
Guild Club Members: ($1,000.00 US) --(International Rate $2500.00) plus round trip airfare for two, hotel accommodations and meals for two.
Payable to: International Guild of Danse De Rue Savate, INC. A deposit of 50% must accompany the Airplane tickets.
Flight Information:
Flight arrangements must be confirmed by our office before final
arrangements are made. The flight tickets should be mailed to our office 40 days
prior to the seminar.
Hotel Information:
Any major hotel will be accepted if another type of lodging offered send the
lodging description to Professeur Buitron via fax:956-717-1041
Meals:
Meals for two paid for by seminar host.
Transportation:
There should be adequate transportation for the seminar instructors.
Advertising:
Any and ALL promotional material for the seminar must be approved by our office
before it is released to the public or press. If it is not approved the seminar
will be cancelled.
Seminar Guidelines:
NO Video or Audio recording equipment allowed. Photos may be taken by permission only. Please obtain permission in advance from our office.
ALL participants will be required to sign a liability waiver.
ALL participants will be required to provide a State or Federal photo I.D.
Seminar Preparations:
You should schedule your seminar with a six month scheduling time.
Allow for proper advertising and registration of the members.
Fees to Guild Member: a discount rate of no more than 30% can be given to Guild members that attend the Seminar
